Vaal Fireball & Flameblast: 30 Souls per Use -> 50% reduced per use -> 15 Souls -> Shepherd of Souls 80% less, but 100% inc per use (every 8 seconds)
Soul Cost: 3, 6, 12 = 21 Souls  
Or is it 3, 9, 15 = 27? Either way we can get a triple cast


Comment I left on the video: 
"Also: watching back around the 2 minute mark, I said something along the lines of "We'll be able to use it three times before it goes on Soul Gain Prevention
 I don't know why I phrased it like this, but to clarify: using a Vaal Skill, even if you have additional charges, places the skill into Soul Gain Prevention. 
The wording should've been more like "We can cast it three times before we need to refill the souls to cast it again" or something like that. 

What would be ideal: Vaal Fireball lasts longer than the Soul Gain Prevention period, meaning that it could acquire souls even after being cast (this is why having a super low Soul Gain Prevention matters, 
otherwise we need to use other skills to gain souls to recast the skill). 
There may be some ways to effectively extend the duration of Vaal Fireball (it doesn't have the duration tag so we can't actually extend its duration) with things like Slower Projectiles, Ignite or other things. 

Other thing: Shepherd of Souls will make the fourth cast within 8 seconds cost 21 Souls, then the fifth 27 souls. 
So we'd need to recover that many Souls for the 4th and 5th cast within 8 seconds after the first (I assume the wording of SoS implies that if 8 seconds has passed after the 1st cast, 
the Soul cost would be less than if we cast it again within 8 seconds of the first). 

As you can tell, this is mega nerdy and the type of thing some people will LOVE messing around with, but others will hate. I'm so excited to mess around with all of this."

Bossing and Clear:
Vaal Caress with a +2/3/4 Corruption could be really good for Vaal Fireball, but we do lose damage on our Vaal Flameblast if we use this setup
Could swap out Vaal Caress for Rare Gloves for Pinnacles

PROBLEMS & Possible Solutions
> No Pierce on Fireball (Snakepit disables pierce, but chain may be enough)
> Is Vaal Firebaal doing enough damage for clear? Or is it going to be too little (might need to go Annihilating Light for big damage + 2x Six Links, possibly scaling some ignite/dot?)
> Vaal Caress for Vaal Fireball if we feel the damage isn't quite there (loss of damage on Vaal Flameblast because of no bench craft)
> Boss moves out of Vaal Flameblast? Is this something we need to worry about a lot? Bear Trap lmao
> Clear/Prolif. Medium Cluster Fan the Flames for Prolif or Prolif on Gloves
> Void Battery Int Requirement is 245. Looks good for damage but a stretch to fit in. Can be good with inner conviction but not too hard to beat with a fractured multimodded sceptre
> Consistent Ignites to make use of Fire Mastery: 86% chance to ignite with Fireball (with buffs/curses up so shouldn't be too much of a problem)
> Onslaught? Vaal Caress looking pretty good actually
