--- Power Siphon Surfcaster starter ---

This is starter, but ofcourse you can play it as your main build. For me its just starter build to get currency for different build i will spec into.
It will be something about Self Chill, don't have PoB for that yet.

~1.5mil DPS with only rare gear and 5link.
~2mil DPS with Heatshiver on 5link.
~3mil DPS with Heatshier on 6link

IMPORTANT:
***DO NOT UPGRADE SOUL OF BRINE KIND FOR REDUCED CHILL EFFECT, LATER YOU WILL LIKELY SPEC TO SELF CHILL BUILD!
***SEE SKILL GEMS AND TREE SETS FOR LEVELING!

CAMPAIGN:
Act 1-2:
- IMPORTANT: Create Witch to get Kinetic Bolt from Hillock (First boss/quest), then start Shadow.
- Also put wand you get from Witch into stash to use it on Shadow.
- Buy Flame Wall, use it with Kinetic Bolt.
- Sniper Mark against bosses.
- At lvl12 start using Power Siphon with Locus mine for Single Target.
- Precision from Brutus quest.
- Herald of Thunder in Act 2.

Act 3-4:
- Wrath in Act 3.
- Complete Siosa quest in Act 3 Library to unlock supports gems.
- Buy Charged Mines, Automation and Detonate Mines at Siosa in Library.
- Then can drop Kinetic Bolt and use Power Siphon as your only damaging skill.
- Stone Golem in Act 4.
- Get Arcanist Brand in Act4, link it with Sniper's Mark and Flame Wall.
*No need to level Arcanist Brand.

Act 5-6:
- Purity of Elements once you take reservation passives. Or Grace if your resistances are capped already.

Act 7-10:
- No changes. Just not level Clarity too much.

TIPS:
- Get any wands/daggers with 3 blue sockets for second set. Then buy Wrath in act 3 to level it and vaal to hit level 21 Wrath. Can do same with Grace.
- In Lab if you get quality option, use it on Power Siphon.

GEAR AFTER CAMPAIGN:
- Wand:
  - Any wand with good flat Lightning Damage, Spell Damage, Crit Chance/Damage.
  - If crafting, Tornado Wand is best, Wrath Essences for flat Lightning Damage.
- Shield:
  - Evasion or Evasion/ES base with atleast 12% Spell Suppress, but more better ofc.
  - Life with Resists.
- Armor:
  - Body Armor is must be Evasion/Energy shield because need 3 Blue and 1 Red sockets, which is really hard to get on pure Evasion Base.
  - Other armor can be Evasion/Energy shield as well, more ES is better than extra Evasion.
  - Life with Resists, Movespeed on Boots.
  - Supression is good as well, will save points on tree.
  - Later can make use of Heatshiver that will give around 20% More Damage, or around 40% More Damage agaisnt frozen Enemies.
  *Since build has 100% Crit Chance, you always freeze enemies.
- Jewellery:
  - Amulet with any amount of Strength, otherwise use lower levels of Str gems. For mod: Life, Crit Multi, Spell Damage, anything extra like Resists is good as well.
  - Rings with Life and Resists, more better. Preferably without need to craft Resists, so then can craft Lightning Damage instead.
  - Belt, Heavy Belt preferably with Life and Resists.
- Jewels:
  - Spell Damage, Crit Multi.
  - Lightning Damage, Life.
- Flasks:
  - As seen in Items tab.
