Biggest bottleneck of this build is finding good Kineticist. 

While i did this on 1 Divine budget just to show that it's possible.
You most likely will have more currency before you find good enough Kineticist to try this.
Unless you're much more lucky than me and will find good Kineticist really soon.

I did white t16 maps on my previous 1 Divine Ice Crash Slayer.
Highly recommend taking Shrine passive on tree and taking Shrines, some Mercs are deadly, Shrines help a ton.
I skip everything except Shrines, start next map as soon as i found Merc.

VERY IMPORTANT!!! 
- Kineticist is Str/Dex/Int type, so make sure you not exile any other Str/Dex/Int Merc!
- Always have 3 other types of Mercs exiled to increase odds of finding Kineticist!
- You really should use atlas with Shrines and have Shrine buffs before fighting Merc!
- And you really should have some support/defensive merc with you as well!

Merc Gear in Items Tab, click "Item Sets" on top.

=====================================WHAT KINETICIST MUST HAVE:======================================
- Both Kinetic Blast of Clustering and Greater Kinetic Blast.
If it has Kinetic Bolt and Kinetic Blast of Clustering, this fucker will use Kinetic Bolt most of the time. 
So it must be both Kinetic Blasts, he will use regular one most of the time, and Greater KB once every 8 second since it has CD.
- At very least Lesser Multiple Projectiles, but better Greater Multiple Projectiles support on Kinetic Blast of Clustering.
- Second best is likely Return Projectiles, then +1/+3 Chains or Wisps.

What Mercenary really should have:
- Haste Aura. I didn't have it, but it's really good, but lower priority than stuff above.
- More supports on KB of Clustering, like Crit Chance/Damage, Flat Damage, etc.

Helmet - 5c | Alpha's Howl is regular aurabot helmet, i paid a bit extra for needed sockets.
Body Armor - 5c | Victario's Influence is another regular aurabot unique, paid extra for 6 sockets. Didn't need them in the end xD
Gloves - 2c | Vaal Caress grant +5 Levels to Vaal Impurity of Fire/Ice/Lightning.
Boots - 5c | Atleast 23% Mana Reservation Efficiency, since it cost like regular roll, 24% is much more expensive.
Amulet - 5c | Amulet just for Aura Effect and Chaos Resist.
Rings - 10c for both | Ventor's Gamble with 15% Mana Reservation, rare ring with as much Chaos Resist.
Belt - 5c | Stygian Vise with Chaos Resist, any good Life and any other good mods like Str.

   MERC GEAR:
Idk if i did right choices for Merc gear, some of them were made on assumptions on how Mercs scale.
So maybe there were better options.

Wand - 3c | Piscator's Vigil is good budget wand.
Since Merc gets big Lightning damage from Wrath aura, and big Fire Damage from Flame Link.
I thought that it will be better to use Piscator's Vigil to scale that flat damage.
It should be very good if Mercs have no hidden base Increase Damage, so that first 100% Increase is effectively 100% more damage.
But its really bad if they do, and that 100% increase damage is not that much if Merc have some big base Increase damage already.
Then rare wand with flat ele damage would be better likely, but on low budget Piscator's Vigil is best.

Shield - 7c | Esh's Mirror is good option that grant flat Lightning Damage for each shocked killed enemy.

Helmet - 20c | Mainly used for Far Shot. Far Shot grant 20% Less Damage at start of projectile movement, and up to 60% More at the end.

Body Armor - 10c | Inpulsa just for explodes on kill. Another good option is Carcass Jack for more AoE.

Gloves - 3c | I should test it beforehand. Those gloves should grant Rampage, but i never seen any Rampage Effects from Merc.

Boots - 5c | Replica Voidwalker just for +1 Chain.

Amulet - 5c | Solstice Vigil effectively grant 25% longer duration of positive effects, used mainly for Smite. While there's probably better options.

Rings - 15c in total | Death Rush for Adrenaline on Kill (hopefully it works lol), and rare Ring with resists in case merc is out of Aura range.

Belt - 2c | Perseverance to grant Merc permanent Onslaught since Champion make allies count as having Fortify.

TOTAL: 70c
LEFT: 72 - 70 = 2c left
