Staff will likely be cheap so you can just buy it, on SSF farm Uber Atziri on Rolling Magma Miner which should handle it.

Also, PoB has some bug with this staff, whenever i sort uniques by damage and change anything, it's dps drops for no reason, real numbers are like 20-30% higher.

Ascendancy:
- Perfect Crime and Like Clockwork are must have. 
- Born in the Shadows and Bomb Specialist are decent, but we might spend those 4 points on one of new Bloodline Ascendancy.


Low budget:
- Save Jeweller's Orbs to get 6 or atleast 5 sockets on Staff.
- Before you get The Taming rings, use regular rare Rings with Life and Resists, or some cheap damage rings like Stormfire.
- Vendor 3 different Berek's rings to get The Taming, a lot of people don't know this recipe, so you can get The Taming for less or make money off that.
- Cap Ele Resists to 75%, then as much Chaos Resist.
- Armor/ES armor.
- Important to have level 1 Arcane Surge on Frostblink so you get it on every Frostblink.
- Flesh and Stone on Sand Stance for extra Defense.
- Build has capped 75/78% Block, ~8-10k Armor. Not that tanky but enough for maps.

A bit higher than Low budget:
- Legacy of Fury provide a lot of damage from Scorch.
- Carcass Jack, since it doesn't need to be 5/6 link, you might use it as soon as possible if it will be cheap.

Optimal order of upgrades:
1. Yoke of Suffering.
2. Militant Faith for Inner Conviction
3. Ralakesh's Impatience with Willclash and Graven's Secret.
4. Cluster Jewels after you got lots of Spell Block from Willclash which allow to save a lot of points.
