Weapon: 9c base + 4c craft + 1c for regal = 14c | Reaver sword with corrupted attack speed, crafted with wrath essence trying to get cold or/and fire damage.
It also can be fractured lightning, cold or fire damage. Then crafted with Zeal essence.

Sword for higher budget:
Whatever best recombinator strat to get triple ele damage prefixes.
Then lock prefix reforge speed (risk to fill suffixes which will require anul), then if only attack speed on suffix do multimod + lock prefix and veiled orb, with 66% of good outcome.
Good veiled mods: double damage, conditional attack speed.

Or just go str stacking like most people do, can check swords on poe.ninja.

Helmet: 10c | Atleast 10% suppress to reach 100%. Some chaos res, life.
Body: 6c + 3c craft = 9c | Needed Lightning res thats why crafted with Wrath essence. Look for high armour/evasion with or without life.
Gloves: 5c | Life with chaos res, attack speed or open suffix to craft it.
Boots: 5c | Scorch aura.
Amulet: 5c | Amulet with atleast 56 int, life, some accuracy, any flat ele damage or %ele damage with attacks.
Rings: 6c + 5c + 2c x4 = 19c | Buying Berek's rins, 2 of each, vendoring for 2 Taming rings. Its not just cheaper, it can get you good rolls.
Belt: 5c | Shouldn't start with belt as im rly overcapped on fire res, could get more chaos res on it instead.
