IMPORTANT: All Armour must have Evasion in order to get 15% Suppress from mastery.
Body armour and Boots should be hybrid Armour/Evasion, will be way easier to get Red Sockets.

Weapon: 1c | With max roll Attack Speed, for higher budget Attack Speed corrupt.
Shield: 5c | Physical Damage Reduction, Life, as much Armour/Evasion and open Suffix to craft Suppress.
Helmet: 5c | Look for more resists. And get with right Sockets/Colors.
Body: 5c base + 15c essences = 20c | Armour/Evasion base (i did mistake by getting 4r2g while i needed 5r1g).
Crafted with Loathing Essences (Screaming/Shrieking). Note that buying Screaming for 1c per and vendoring 3:1 is cheaper than buying Shrieking.
Aiming for as much Armour/Evasion, i got lucky with this one.
Gloves: 5c | High Attack Speed roll, for higher budget Attack Speed corrupt.
Boots: 10c | Armour/Evasion base with any needed Resists, Movespeed, Life or open Prefix.
Amulet: 5c | Look for higher Resists rolls, make sure to get non corrupted.
Rare Rings: 14c total | Life, Resists, one of rings should have some Accuracy to have it higher than Life for Precise Technique.
Belt: 10c | Life, Resists, Ele Damage with Attacks or open Prefix. Rustic Sash base is good for a bit extra damage.
