Body: 3c | Since this build doesn't need 6l body, you can get something good for cheap, armour/es base with high life, chaos res and good to get phys reduction.
Gloves: 5c base + 1 regal(1c) + 2 Envy Essences (3c) = 9c | Fractured life on armour/es gloves, envy essence just to get open suffix, nothing else needed.
Boots: 5c | Boots as source of Scorch.
