How much did it cost me:
- Staff: 18d

- Helmet: 3d base, like 5d worth of Torment Essences to hit good enough chaos res and life. 1d implitcits

- Cloak of Flame: was lucky to hit +1% Max res within 10 vaals.
Then 4 Socket on bench, Tainted Jeweller's to 6 socket.
Then 4 Link on bench, and Tainted Fusings to 6 link.

Total cost was like 3d

- Gloves: 50c base, like 6d worth of Envy Essences, +2 aoe from first unveil. Like 1d for implicits

- Boots: 1d, 20 quant with +1 Endurance Charge

- Amulet: 3d + catalysts

- Ventor's: like 1d each

- Bisco's: 50c with rarity implicit

Flasks: 

2d total to buy and roll with alts

Gems: 

3d or so will be enough

Jewels:

- Rolled Large Cluster and Burning Medium Cluster myself, was cheaper than buy.
- Area Damage Medium Cluster like 100c
- Bloodnotch and Immutable Force 8d total
- That Which Was Taken was like 4d.
- Elegant Hubris (Shock Avoid and Aura effect to get +1% max res) was 3d, i was livesearching it.
- Watcher's Eye: 38d.

Charms:

Explode Charms 3d x3 = 9d
