In order to spec to 52% cdr you must have Awakened CoC lvl 5. Berserk and Vaal Haste turned off, use only for clearing! SUPREME OSTENTATION is used to tattoo all 10 attribute passives without problems, require some changes to build. DONT use tattoos in radius of Timeless Jewel, it override tattoos! ==================================================================================================================== PANTHEON: 1. Soul of the Brine kind: UPGRADE ONLY FIRST AND SECOND MODS 2. Soul of Ruslatha ==================================================================================================================== GEAR CHANGED: - Body armour: 6 link, EVA/ES base. Must be crafted with Essence of Loathing because we lose reservation efficiency on tree. Must be atleast 8%, so Shrieking essence will work, but it has range of 7-8%, so might spend more. Use until get good resists. ==================================================================================================================== GEAR that stay same as in regular 52% cdr: - Dagger: Fracture base, spam Loathing Essences until crit damage and open prefix, craft "Hits can't be evaded" - Shield: Same as in budget non chill version.
