------ Shortly about build ------ Its pretty much same as Fulcrum/Grey Spire, except its different staff and slightly changed tree. It just another variation of MF Chieftain, i still prefer Fulcrum over this, but not sure about Grey Spire. ------ Notes ----- 100% phys taken as is easier to achieve because this build can use Purity of Elements. Watche'rs Eye with Purity of Elements and Purity of Lightning/Cold is fairly cheap, but might change lol. There was few listed for under 10d with max rolls 12% and 10%. If you craft higher tier phys taken implicit on helmet, you wouldn't need max roll Watcher's Eye. Not using Ancestral Bond because it disable damage from Hinekora explode (atleast in pob). Build can have 2 Vaal and 2 Normal totems at the time, or 3 Normal totems. ------ Estimated cost ------ Sire of Shards: 0.5d or less | 6link with high roll Helmet: 3d to 10d | Atleast Chaos res and Life with open prefix to craft phys taken as fire. Rarity veiled mod on top. Cloak of Flames: 1d with corrupted implicit | Then few Tainted Jewellers/Fusings to 6 link, 2-4d depends on luck. Sadima's Touch: 1d | +2 aoe and 9% quant Goldwyrm: 0.5d | 20% quant, Life implicit. Defiance of Destiny: 3d + 2d anoint = 5d | 34%+ Ventor's Gamble: 0.5d each | 10% quant, 35%+ rarity, ~30+ life and any resists. Perandus Blazon: 1d | 8% quant with rarity corrupt. Total gear: 11d - 20d, rly depends on Helmet. Gems: ~5d or less, 21lvl Purity of Fire must have, other gems can be level 20 Flasks: ~3d, craft Quicksilver and Ruby flask yourself. Jewels: - Fluid Motion: 20c - Watcher's Eye: ~6d+ | For max roll 12% and 10%, price will change. - Medium Cluster Jewel: ~1d | Fan the Flames with one of other notable passives. - Small Cluster Jewel: ~2d | 3 passive Chaos res jewel with 25% effect and 5%+ chaos res. - Rare jewel: 10c | Life with Totem Life. Charms: ~5d | 3 charms with explode. TOTAL COST: 37d and above, might become higher. Much cheaper to make it tanky compare to Fulcrum with Purity of Fire Watcher's Eye that cost 40d alone
