Soul of Ruslatha ==================================================================================================================== GEAR: - Dagger: Fracture base, spam Loathing Essences until crit damage and open prefix, craft "Hits can't be evaded" - Shield: Same as in budget non chill version. Just +1 lvl and resists. - Devoto with +1 power charge corrupt - Body armour: 6 link, EVA/ES base, whatever resists you need. - Gloves: rage on hit and resists - Boots: 5%+ cdr and brittle ground is must have, then just resists, life and movespeed. - Amulet: look for higher roll of "elusive effect per power charge" - Rings: look for higher resists rolls as well - Belt: Resists, atleast 16% cdr, otherwise you will need 2% cdr jewel as i had to. Besides just buying it normally you can also potentially save money with this trick: 1.
