As base 1 Div Power Siphon Trickster is used, so i count +1 Div for total cost of upgraded version.

GEAR:

- Wand: 20-30c base, Prophecy wand with like 20%+ crit chance fracture or 36%+ if you add crit quality to amulet. | Craft with Wrath essence until good %Spell damage

Crafting with Wrath Essences, 55 per 1Div. I got gigalucky to hit t1 Spell damage with no other prefix that has average of 1500 essences to hit lol.
I would stop at T4+ Spell damage, which is 100 Essences on average.

Then 2Div to prefix lock + scour, and another 2Div for multimod.

So ill count wand as 6d (essence + metacraft) + 30c (base) + 1ex and 8c (crafted mods) + 70c (Runecraft). 
Just roundup to 7Div.

- Shield: 2Div. | I just bought it. High ES, as much Ailment avoid, any spell damage is good but not that important.

So basically, you get 50% Avoid from Ancestral Vision Jewel. 
Then if you get atleast 33% on Shield, you will need only lowest tier implicit on boots which has roll 15-17%, which in total is 100% ailment avoid.

- Helmet: 1 Div for fracture base, can be either Flat ES, %ES, or %ES hybrid. | Crafting with Shrieking Essence of Loathing until good ES.

On trade site Shieking Loathing Essences are about 1c per.
Average for T1 flat ES is around 30 Essences, for T2+ %ES or Hybrid ES is like 15 Essences. I hit it with after 40.

I'll just count helmet as 2 Div.

- Body Armour: 1Div base, then just RNG, every 45 Dense fossils/Resonators was close to 2Div. | Aim for high Evasion/Es, preferably with suppress.

For me it took around 100 Dense fossils to hit it which is about 5 Div, and its lucky that i hit good suppress.
During crafting i hit good Evasion/ES with 22% suppress but it was like 520ish es, so i continued.

So ill count Body armour cost at 6Div, it will be different, for someone less, for someone more.

Also, you can get 100% Suppress for much cheaper, 10% suppress suffix craft on Body armour and Shield, which will also cap suppress.

- Amulet: 15c + 0.5Div for anoint | Crit quality also make "Less crit chance" bigger, which means you need more crit chance on wand.

- Belt: 5c + 10c quality = 15c | Really good belt, decent ES and 30% Ele damage per Power charge for total of 180%

Rest of gear is from 1 Div setup, with some changes.
- Slammed Rings with ex, got cold damage on both lol. 2ex 
- Same Boots, slammed res, rerolled implicits to Ailment avoid and Action speed. 1ex + ~40c (Lesser eldrtich embers/ichors)
- Same Gloves, just rerolled implicits for Exposure and Intimidate. Not sure if Intimidate proc from trap hits, but it should lol. Like 30c worth of Lesser eldrtich embers/ichors

FLASKS:
Took me around 400 alts to roll all, few chaos for quality and enchant. Around 0.5Div

GEMS:
Few gem changes, ill count it as 0.5Div, but its slighly less.

JEWELS:
- Rare jewel from 1 Div setup,
- Ancestral Vision: 110c | Used to reach 100% ailment avoid
