Notes
- Axe base doesn't matter as long as the explicit and enchant were there
- Replace Hatred with Herald of Ash if mana reservation is an issue
- Phase Run were bugged and sometime stops Tornado from triggering, when it happens, use Flame Dash to "reset" it.
- Consider using Awakened Elemental Focus Support if you don't have anything that scales from ailment (Sadist, Temple gloves)
- Can go Low Life for more DPS but subject to one-shot potential (switch the tree and skills)
