Notes

WEEK 1 UPDATE!

First character died so slow on the updates sorry! But ramped to a much stronger character now.

AURA SET-UP
	-First character unfortunately felt the downside of removing Tempest Shield for Malevolence, but Malevolence is still too strong to pass up so this time I went for Charisma + Enlighten / Mana Mastery.

DROPPING CHILL NODES
	-Icefang already chills so it seems a bit too much to spend 6 points going for chill nodes, this tree loses 60% chill effect so the reverse chill goes from 24 to 18, but still seems good enough. This allows for more endgame jewel set-ups.

DAMAGE UPGRADES
	-EO Sceptre with Cast Speed, %Lightning + Shock, and +Gems / Flat Lightning is the biggest early upgrade you can get.
	-Following the Sceptre, look for Large Cluster with Sadist, Prismatic Heart, and Doryani's Lesson or Disorienting Display, as well as Projectile Speed.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE %SHOCK SOMEWHERE IF YOU HAVE EO SCEPTRE
	-EO makes it so critical strikes no longer apply shock, so if you do not have %shock on weapon, tattoo, or a jewel then you will never shock, this is a massive DPS loss.

PROJECTILE SPEED IS VERY IMPORTANT! GET TATTOOS!
	-Projectile Speed doesn't just increase clear speed, it's also VERY important for single target. This allows the sparks to multi-hit with the same cast in combination with Duration.
	-Spark has a .66 ICD built in, so scaling Duration to hit breakpoints is very big, and Projectile Speed makes it way more consistent even though it doesn't show this in POB.

JEWEL SET-UP
	-Light of Meaning Lightning Damage allocated in the Scion wheel is MASSIVE.
	-Unnatural combos with this to make it go to an absurd damage increase.

SOUL EATER
	-This is a big way to scale the damage end-game, for now I have Soul Ascension but I think the new Foulborn Headhunter is a better option, just harder to do in HC with limited items available.

MANA PROBLEMS
	-With Soul Eater mana becomes even more annoying, currently I am still using an Enduring Mana flask with Arcane Chemistry nodes to help keep the flask charges up on bosses and also give more mana recovery.
	-Along with that Doryani's Lesson for leech in combination with 15% mana cost as life mastery seems to help a lot.
	-Will likely eventually drop the self-chill set-up in favor of big life rings with PDR/Maxres or %life + cast speed. This will allow -mana crafts which will help solve mana.

CI & WHISPERS
	-There is an option to go CI and use Whispers as well, this requires a TON of cast speed to pull off, but looks very nice and allows you to drop the mana flask.
