Notes

This POB contains 2 variants of the Lich Storm Mage build, one for Low Budget and one for Medium Budget.
You can swap between the 2 different variants, along with a couple of different stage of the build, in the Loadout drop down menu on the top right of the screen

While its impossible to provide a firm price range, the Low Budget variant should be quite accessible and is less gear reliant while the Medium Budget requires more significant thought and specific gear to function.

NOTE: Rather than adding suffixes to all the gear, we have intentionally left most affixes open on the gear and added a custom modifier in the configuration window to simulate achieving 75% all resistances and meeting attribute requirements
			You WILL need to meet the minimum Attribute requirements, and also cap your Elemental Resistances, while getting as much Chaos Resistance as possible. 

RUNES

We have left the sockets empty on all gear, you should use runes, soul cores and talismans to help fix attributes and resistances or boost your energy shield/evasion. More specific details can be found in the written guide
