Chest 3div + implicits 1div (need grand ichor for higher fortify chance)

Shield 1div, used a pure armor shield before I swapped belt to Perseverance

Watcher's eye 3div

Amulet 3div, Anoint 1div-ish, I used Battle Trance for the first 94 levels and just didn't see a better way to get frenzy charges on boss outside of Whispers of Doom + Poacher's Mark quality

Everything else I crafted myself, sniped off trade for the cheap, or looted. Spell suppress would take this to the next level but would cost $$$. You'd take Entrench wheel and Anoint Enveterate
Then get the rest on gear.

Those new Admiral's Arrogance gloves let you hit the level 24 shield crush breakpoint without using dragonfang's flight or a corrupted +gem chest.
Opens up some options like Ashes of the Stars(quality is great for Shield Crush and Petrified Blood). I'd probably be wearing a Vuln-on-Hit pair if I knew about them sooner.

Stats are without berserk and molten shell because I'm not a fully fledged pob warrior yet.

Ele Ailment immune, Ele curse immune(mastery), Poison immune(Ar/Ev mastery), not bleed/CB immune (use a flask), not stun immune but I have never noticed myself getting stunned
Used Brine king + Garukhan pantheon + reduced chill/shock jewels until had 100% avoid ailments.

Worm Flask technology over a regular life flask is 10% more damage from being a Slayer, but you want bleed/CB immunity before you do that.

I haven't tried vaal pact but there's no way you want it on a Petrified Blood build I think. Maybe if this had a larger life pool. I do No Regen elder/shaper guardians w/ destructive play 
and thats fine so maybe it would be okay, just not my cup of tea. Too much random degen ground in the game.

Ralakesh+Arn's doubles the damage but also the budget and makes becoming ailment immune awkward.
You do get to keep "overleech" after you swap to Masterful Form because of Petrified Blood and the % of life reserved

Blood Magic is cash money. I think this really works so great because shield builds have to invest less (no real defensive aura) to get good armour/evasion numbers

You could drop some damage and get this thing up to a higher life pool but Precise technique means you'll probably cap out at 6k and and you'll need more accuracy rolls, I only have 2
