- Buy the veiled mod on trade (there's plenty) and fracture 1/4
- Spam zeals until DoT multi and Inc Poison
- If two prefix, annul gamble (vision)
- With one prefix, suffix cannot be changed and scour
- Suffix cannot be changed, add chaos with harvest
- Craft hits cannot be evaded

Depending on essence prices it should be a 10-20div craft but its as close as you can get to BiS without selling a kidney
