You cry, they die. Simple as that. This build revolves around critically screaming at your enemies. Not just with your own voice, but you echo down lightning bolts from the heavens.

Invigorating hate + Roaring Cries + Raging Cry support = insta heals on top of Sacrifice of Flesh (just petrified blood with extra steps) and life recoup.

This build is expensive. Well over 100 divines. I got lucky on the prism of belief +3 seismic cry from trade for 1 div.

***MANDATORY GEAR***
-Honestly any staff with high extra damage as fire, cold, and lightning. +levels to all lightning spells (ideally +7). All other stats can be whatever
-Vertex, either +3 or +4. Preferably +4
-Maligaro's Virtuosity
-The chest can be either Morior Invictus or Brass Dome for crit damage reduction. I chose Morior Invictus because the -1 all res was too much to handle against enemies.
-Pick whatever gear you want for the rest to fill in resistences, life, and armor.

***JEWELS***
-Undying Hate with Amanamu
-Prism of Belief. On a budget, +2 Seismic Cry. If you can afford it (or ez snipe if it comes up on trade), +3 instead.
-From Nothing with Unwavering Stance to allocate Escalation and Finality. The warcry speed small node is optional, but I wouldn't be able to hit 0.2 use rate otherwise. You could probably unallocate that and the other warcry speed node and spend those points elsewhere I guess.
-Jewels with Warcry Speed and Damage. Other affixes are optional.

One last thing. For some reason PoB is unable to calculate the DPS from Static Shocks and Electromagnetism. I'm pretty sure the Full DPS shown in PoB would be well over 1 million if that were the case.
