Once you move into minions, spend your respec points as you get them removing the Will of Blades/Sleight of Hand/Entropy Nodes and respec back towards coordination. Once you're there, put points in the starting "escape" points towards top side like later trees will do. Then proceed to remove Coordination and the phys/chaos nodes behind it.
The sooner you can get rid of these nodes, the better. They are completely useless to us as soon as we move into minions. 

Important note here, is that the NPC "Faustus" that you can find in town (and invite to your hideout) offers a respec mechanic for gold. This is much cheaper at lower levels, so ideally you go do a bunch of that respeccing after you finish lab 1 as it should only cost 6-700 gold or so. 
I cannot stress how strongly this will boost your progress, if you do this, just proceed through the trees as normal and skip the "cleanup" tree. 

Grab jewel nodes as you get jewels. If you're done with everything else and you haven't taken the jewel nodes, grab them now and then get some jewels for them. 

Anything noted "grab for later" is meant to go in your offhand item slots (second weapon set) and be leveled for later as we need them later in progression, this saves you having to get fresh gems and level them.
You can skip this if you choose to, but I would strongy suggest you do this.
