Additionally, your rare jewels and belt will be used exclusively for ailment avoidance. Buy/Craft your items in the following order:

Stygian Vise:
Craft with Shrieking Essence of Anguish and aim to hit a resistance + life, they dont need to be good rolls, it should take 5-10 attempts on average to produce a decent/usable belt,Try to get Dex, resistances or life in addition to the above mods settle for resist and craft life or vice versa if you want
Don't use Screaming, they have a roll range of 47-50 which means only 1 in 4 attempts will produce a usable roll (50) making them more expensive effectively than Shrieking while also forcing you to purchase a max roll ignite avoid jewel  

Ignite Avoidance Jewel:
Buy one with enough Ignite Avoidance chance to reach 100% ignite avoidance when combined with the above belt
Try to get Dex, resistances or life in addition to the above mod

Chill Effect Jewel:
We're combining this with Soul of the Brine King's 50% reduced effect of chillhttps://pobb.in/gXNpiFyNepXU for Chill Immunity
Buy a jewel with both explicit and corrupt implicit 'reduced effect of chill', the min rolls add to 50% which means rolls do not matter
Try to get Dex, resistances or life in addition to the above mods

If you managed to squeeze in some resistances on your jewels/belt, finding a decent resistance ring with life will be cheap

If you did not obtain resistances externally to your rings, you will likely need to pay extra and purchase a ring with no life in order to plug your resistances

Your goal is to be overcapped on resistances by about 13% as this allows your endurance charges to overcap you to 25% making you exposure immune.

Elemental Resistance & Non-Curse Aura Effect are the best Militant Faith mods, but people will pricefix them so just buy any Dominus Keystone jewel and ignore the devotion mods

Skin of the Lords can have any keystone that doesn't brick the build, Skin of the Loyal is a decent alternative, these will also be price fixed
You can go for GRBBBB or GGRBBB, swapping out PCOC or Void Manipulation for Cruelty. Although cruelty IS a bit less damage, correctly coloured skins MIGHT become expensive.

Balance of Terror needs the Temp Chains CDR mod, the roll doesnt matter, nor does the second modifier

Badge of the Brotherhood needs to have an 8% roll on the travel CDR to combine with a minimum roll Balance of Terror to give Withering Step 100% CDR allowing it to apply two sets of 8 Stacks of Wither every 3 seconds for Wither Cap
