Why not Trickster? Cull and More Damage solve a lot of the single target problems that Frost Blades inherently has. Slayer has both of these, alongside Attack Speed, Overleech, and Endurance Charges. Endurance Charges are the biggest reason why we choose Slayer, as instead of 4% elemental resist, they now provide 4% damage reduction to elemental damage. Coupled with the fact that Determination and Grace got nerfed, builds need an extra form of damage mitigation.
