Use convening wand

Dont use vaal molten shell

Make sure to have a 4s trigger wand before puting molten shell in it

Best boots implicit is 10% increased cooldown recovery and drop brittle on ground

When doing simulacrium change the 4% block mastery node to the 50% lightning ress node from hubris jewel

You want to have around 8s duration on Molten shell and around 3s cd on it. 
When Molten shell is on CD your EHP is only around 215k. (20% increased dmg taken)
