u dont need to overcap spell suppress - u can drop the quartz flask and use something else, stibnite, gold flask, granite, sulphur whatever
u dont need leech on ur flask - you have leech on the tree and your gloves
get some jewels to put in the new slots or unspec them and get a cluster w/ scint idea and dory lesson. this will let you change leech implicit on ur gloves to something else (suppress or lightning exposure are good)
spell suppress tattos will save you 2 passive points at minimum.
theres a lot more you can upgrade obviously but this is a good start
