This build showcase an Endgame and Ultra Engame version.
It is not Min-Maxed yet and can reach slightly better DPS/Defenses with Double Corruptions, Corrupted Rare items / Synthesis / Mirror Tier etc...


Where to find Spectres ?
 - Host Chieftain + Carnage Chieftain = The Ashen Fields (Act 7)
 - Arena Master = Drox Portals (Warlord Influence)
 - Pale Seraphim = Beyond

How to get +3 Spectres ?
You need level 25 gem. We get that with +2 to level of Socketed Minions Gems on Body Armour.

- Crown of the Tyrant
- Garb of the Ephemeral
- Rare Boots = Brittle Ground while moving + Stats Affixes (Life, Elemental Resistances, Chaos Resistance...)
- Vixen's Entrapment with Enfeeble or Temporal Chains Corruption


Q&A
Why Necromancer ?
The Necromancer offers proximity to minion nodes and has a very strong Ascendancy to optimize your minion duration (Mistress of Sacrifice), damages and defenses (Commander of Darkness) but also provides leech for yourself (Bone Barrier revamp).
It also offers a great synergy with Spectres if you want to play with them.

Why not Guardian ?
Guardian is very strong aswell. It is even easier to build around due to his early defenses and damages but lack potential upgrades for endgame/min-max. Also you don't take advantage of Spectres that much compared to the Necromancer.
I would recommence the Guardian as a strong alternative for beginners. But if you want to push the build to its limits, I suggest Necromancer.

How to level the Chaos Conversion ?
You can follow the normal League Starter Critical version. It's pretty much the same until you swap from Base to Critical (around yellow maps).
Also Ascendancy order changes a bit :
Commander of Darkness > Mistress of Sacrifice > Mindless Aggression > Unnatural Strength
When you unlock Uber Lab and take Unnatural Strength you can go full Conversion.
Preparing your gear before is key, aiming for Physical and Chaos flat damages.

Why BAMA is set to 9 in gems setup ?
Bombarding Clones use Rain of Arrows and hit around 3 times per clones for a maximum of 3 clones. 
PoB only shows hit damage of a single arrow. 
With Concentrated Effect Support you can expect even more hits for single target, reducing your hit zone.

Which Pantheon do I use ?
For Physical + Projectiles Mitigation : Lunaris + Gruthkul
For Chaos, Poison and Damage over time : Arakaali + Shakari

What 6th gem do I use for Blink Arrow ?
For Speed Farming : Increased Critical Damage Support
For Bossing : Concentratred Effect Support > Predator Support

What Glorious Vanity do I need ?
The one showcase in the build is just an example. You don't need to get this one as the most important part is to get the Divine Flesh Keystone.
Feel free to experiment and search one that fits your budget. Also the number of points you will use around it will depends on which Glorious Vanity you take.

You can combine them together but they will be more expensive. List is sorted :

 - Purity of Elements : Physical Damage from Hits taken as Fire/Cold/Lightning Damage

 - Any Immunity/Unnafected/Buffs...
