the only mod that you absolutely CANNOT run is: no regen

runnable but ultra annoying: monsters steal charges

be wary of leveling flame dash for ele reflect maps, i'm not sure if it will actually do enough dmg to kill you but i've kept mine low level.

SWAP swift killer ascendancy node for one step ahead on any maps with mods that will destroy your action speed.

mods you absolutely CANNOT run: meteor when using a flask (unless you're a god gamer and know you can dodge it)

there are too many annoying mods for t17s to list, i try not to stack a ton of dmg mods on maps.
