Notes

DON'T play this build unless you have basic/good understanding of fixing a builds problems to adjust for differences in gear for attackspeed especially.

Allocate Perfect Agony and tattoo it to any keystone that doesn't brick your build to enable the +2 proj tattoo.

Budget at time of creation is roughly 70div but naturally is prone to fluctuations. Calculate roughly 100div of cost for it to be safe.

Attack Rate: AT MOST 10.10 with full config done, get as close to 10.10 as possible but never go over

Cooldown Recovery: 204% (Calcs->Lightning Warp->Attack/Cast Rate->Trigger Rate Cap / 3.04 (increased reduced cooldown recovery)

Duration: -100% (Calcs->Lightning Warp->Skill Specific Stats->Duration Mod x0
