PERSONAL NOTES ON THE BUILD
	- This build requires 3x spell suppression and 20x increased mark effect tattoos
	- A significant amount of attack speed from jewels is required to make the build feel less clunky
		Alternatively you can swap Determination out for Vaal Haste and temporarily boost attack speed with both the vaal and focus steroids
	- Vaal Smite linked with Fortify instead of More Duration or a Vigilant Strike setup can generate fortification stacks
	- Endurance charge uptime is high while mapping due to Deflection. Enduring Cry is used for bossing to reliably generate charges 
	- A small reservation cluster jewel with ES, attributes, and 35% increased effect is likely what I would swap an auxillary rare jewel for at level 100
	- You can skip dense fossil spamming fractured Helmet and Boots by purchasing perfect prefixes on the best bases and finishing suffixes with eldritch currency. You'll have to settle on subpar suffixes though
